of weeks, I will be updating our
website on a regular basis.
Major news will be listed in
this area. We are
receiving many calls and we are
looking forward to another GREAT
season!

about our next meeting.
Players that played for another
club, are not allowed to
participate in this meeting, per
Regional Recruiting Policies.
You are allowed to compete for
us and we will welcome you at
tryouts. New members will
participate in the first session
and learn about USA Volleyball,
our club as well as have a
chance to meet our leadership
and staff. Returning
players, you can now begin
renewing your USAV membership
and if you have any questions,
email me.

information is on the web and
click on the link below to view
the details. In that
flyer, I have listed the links
to the Club Registration form
and the link to CEVA/USAV
website in order to register.
Above this
page, you will find the
Registration tab and I will be
uploading the 2009-10 forms this
week. We are updating all
the forms and informational
pages and if you have any
questions, please email me.
If you have questions about
finances, please email Ellen
Zarfas. Both emails are
listed on top of web pages.
I had an
opportunity to watch some of our
players compete during their
matches and we can't wait to see
you in November. Good luck

In preparation for the upcoming
season, Please follow the
instructions below:
NEW ATHLETES
Go online, go to the
CEVA's website and click on
the membership tab and follow
the directions.
You can also use the
direct link here.
RETURNING ATHLETES
Go online and go to the
CEVA's website and click on
the membership tab and follow
the directions. If you remember your password, login and click on the RENEW button
on top. If you forgot your
login/password try forgot username or password or email me.
ALL ATHLETES
Complete/review/update each page and click continue. On the
second page, you will see a drop
down menu naming the clubs. If you select Salem VBC, I will know that you
have registered.
The last page of
the registration, the system
will ask you to print the
membership confirmation form.
You will need Page 1. You can then print and complete
the USAV medical form.
Complete our
Club's registration form.
Click here.
Complete our
Club's payment authorization
form. If

New members, if you need
help with the USAV online
registration, I will be at the hoop
on Sunday from 9A until 3:30P.
You can stop by the Hoop (office
is located upstairs) or call my
cell at 503-910-6469.
Returning players, if you forgot
your login, use the forgot
password button. If your
email has been changed, email me
and I will retrieve your
information from last season.
As a reminder for this year, we
will NOT be accepting any forms
or payments at the General
Meeting. Please hold on to
them and bring it with you at
tryouts. You should
complete the USAV online
registration now.
