Program:  Individuals and companies can make a tax-deductible donations to the club.  All donations should be made by a check payable to Salem Volleyball Club or SVC, and mailed to P.O. Box 3724, Salem, OR 97302.  The solicitor of the donation will be entitled to a "Solicitor Scholarship" at 90% of the donation.

To start:  Download the letter and the form.  Personalize the fundraising letter by replacing the bold areas with [brackets] and also add additional information about yourself, your goals, and any awards you have received.  You should send this letter and pledge cards to people you know or from the community who are able to make donations and would be interested in supporting you.  Download

Butter braid

Program: Club members sell various Butter Braid products to raise funds.  Primarily aimed as gifts for Christmas, Valentines day, Easter, Mother's Day, and any special occasions.  Players and parents need to contact Anne or pick up flyers that will be located outside the volleyball office.

   The Pampered Panda Fundraising Letter

Dates:

Year round.  This fundraiser is designed to create ongoing funds.

Program:  This program doesn’t cost the Salem Volleyball Club or YOU anything to participate in because there is no inventory to purchase or any upfront investment. Yet, EVERY sale made from your child’s website credits 25% directly into their account and is paid directly to you.  In addition to the 25% you will earn, the Salem Volleyball Club also receives 10%.

To Start:  Download the Fundraising Sign-up and Parental Consent Form.  Fill in the information and return it to Norm Daniels or fax it to “The Pampered Panda” at (847) 201-2623.  Your customized site will be created on your behalf and your site information, your login information and complete instructions will be emailed to you within 24 - 48 hours.

Club Program Guide Advertising Sales

Program:  Selling advertising ads that will be in the Players Program book.  Seller will receive 80% of the net profit of the ad.  This is after the cost of the reproduction of the program.

Christmas Tree Fundraising

Dates:

December 15-16, 2007

Program: Families can pre-sell the trees and earn 90% of the revenue.  Families can also work on the lot to sell the trees.  The hours will collected by Chrystale, and at the end of the fundraiser we will calculate the gross revenue less 10% divided by the number of hours.  Shifts will be limited this year, you need to contact Chrystale as early as possible to secure your spot.
